Terms & Conditions

(1) Order Confirmation

By accepting these terms and conditions, upon confirmation of the customer’s order, a written and binding agreement is entered between the customer and Tanita Klein. Once an order is completed, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. 

(2) Payment Methods

Tanita Klein accepts VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and payment by invoice. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card. 

All prices include Danish VAT with a 25% rate. Prices are without shipping. Tanita Klein reserves the right to change prices at any time.

(3) Local Levies/Taxes & Duties

Local charges (customs duty, sales tax, etc.) can occur depending on your region and local customs legislation. These charges are at your own expense.

(4) Warranty & Repairs

All products from Tanita Klein come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty. This warranty includes faults in the material, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims please contact customer service at romy@tanitaklein.com.

The deadline expires on the day of receipt of the goods. In determining a claimable defect in the goods, the customer must notify it within a reasonable period of time from the date on which the defect was detected or should be discovered. Anything within 2 months of this day will always be within a reasonable time.

If the claim is justified, the customer will be refunded reasonable costs for shipping the item.

(5) Shipping & Delivery Times

Most items are made to order, which means the production starts after the order has been confirmed. The production time depends on the capacity at the moment of order and can take up to 6 weeks after the order. The delivery times are not binding and can be changed due to the manufacturer at any time. 

Shipping times for regular service in Europe are 1-4 business days and 2-5 days for orders out of Europe. Tanita Klein does not take any responsibility for damages or loss of the packages. It is up to the delivery service. 

Shipping costs will be added at the checkout and may vary from country to country. Prices shown on Tanita Klein are added to the order during the checkout process. Customer Service is at the customer’s disposal to answer any questions regarding shipping costs on romy@tanitaklein.com.

(6) Return policy

You can return the item within 10 days after delivery in the exact same condition as received. The transportation costs to return the item(s) is your responsibility. 

(7) Privacy

Tanita Klein treats customer information with the utmost respect and integrity. No information will be disclosed to third parties.
